Land lease agreement are made for 5 years till 2018 year with exclusive right of extension.
Land plots are located in one place. Most of the land have not being cultivated for several years. Lease fee is 3% fron the appraisal cost of the land. Average size of land share is 1,5 hectares.
Land quality (bonitet) is 30-40 points.
